The successful Land & New Homes side of the business is continuing to grow with partner James Britton at the helm.

Established 30 years ago by founder Roger Coupe, who in the 1980s ran the sales and marketing arm of developer Berkeley Homes, Land & New Homes is the area’s specialist in the sale and acquisition of land and new homes.

We have worked with many well-known local and national developers, including Berkeley Homes, Linden Homes, Retirement Villages Group, Beckbridge Developments, Thakeham Homes, Rydon Homes, Bellway Homes, Antler Homes, Crownhall Estates, Banner Homes and Cranfold Developments.

Having worked alongside Roger for many years, James is uniquely positioned to understand the demands of both developers and purchasers.

He has acted for both professional firms and individuals, ensuring the smooth running of relationships between developers and purchasers.
