There are several buses running through Walliswood, including the 50 between Horsham and Dorking and the 433 between Oakwoodhill and Redhill via Dorking and Reigate. Nearest stations are at Ockley and Holmwo

The nearest schools are Ewhurst CofE Infant School and the independent Duke of Kent School. Primary schools can be found in Cranleigh, including Park Mead, Cuthbert Mayne and Cranleigh Church CofE, while Glebelands is the nearest secondary school. Private options include Cranleigh School and Hurtwood House (Sixth Form).
